Toxin terrorists were unique GLA Terrorists equipped with toxin tanks that would spread deadly chemicals when the main explosive was detonated. Like regular Terrorists, they were also able to commandeer civilian cars to create car bombs and ride Combat Cycles.

The Toxin Terrorist was as deadly as the normal terrorist and does splash damage, but suffered from the same vulnerabilities as the regular one.

- If a Toxin Terrorist wires up a car bomb, it does not leave a toxin discharge behind.
