Soviet tech centers were top-tier technology structures during the Second World War.
They stored blueprints for construction of Mammoth tanks, missile submarines, and flamethrower infantry, as well as Nuclear missile silo construction plans and targeting uplink and the Iron Curtain Device. It was advanced into battle lab in the first and second iterations of the Third World War.
