Junk Repair upgrades are available for $2000 at all good GLA Black Markets.
After the upgrade, all GLA vehicles will be able to be repaired on the battlefield (although slowly) without returning to the Arms Dealer or retreating into the Tunnel Networks (note that either of the later options will still repair vehicles faster than the Junk Repair method).
