The Hammerhead Mine Flail is a vehicle cut from Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2.
Background[]
This Soviet tracked vehicle is designed for clearing minefields - and laying them anew at the same time. This was probably a counter to the Allied M22 Molemine deployer, which was also cut from the final game.
