Gdansk is a city in northern Poland of Eastern Europe. Nod forces under their Commander had a garrison in this city for the pellet rods to be taken in and will be used on a top-secret project. GDI must get them back from a convoy driven from Germany to northern Poland through a small valley.
First Tiberium War[]
Between the early days and the early middle of this First Tiberium War, GDI was completely blamed for the Bialystok scandal as Greg Burdette had finished his report. After this, Solomon told the GDI Commander to get the pellet rods back from a convoy stolen in Germany and is heading for Gdansk to a small Nod outpost. While the Commander goes to Belarus, Solomon sent forces through a pass and overlooked the convoy from a cliff as he told his forces to not destroy the trucks, but retrieve them before Nod reaches their station point. The convoy was ambushed and the first pellet rod parts have been taken. The end of Solomon's mission show that the town was liberated and with Nod's Gdansk base destroyed, the GDI forces can move into Germany and retake the home country of its President, Helmut Bierman.
