The Cash Bounty is used by the Soviet Union from its Top Secret Protocol. This places a bounty on all units and structures in a radius. If any bounty units are destroyed within the time limit by any means, they will grant 25% of their respective credit costs. Does not count when selling structures other than the Construction Yard, and does not affect aircraft unless they are on the ground when cast. Submerged units will need to emerge before being affected. Higher threat levels increases the duration slightly. This Soviet ability is collected in Line 2 of its protocol.
