Arm the Mob is an upgrade that can be authorized by a GLA commander.
It costs $1000 (payable at the Palace) to arm Angry Mob members with AK-47 assault rifles. This gives them greatly increased firepower, enabling angry mobs to take on tanks or even overrun entire bases. Because of this it is regarded as an essential upgrade by many seasoned GLA commanders.
