The Anthrax bomber is an aircraft used by the Global Liberation Army to drop the anthrax bomb and deliver reinforcement vehicles to captured Reinforcement Pads. It design closely resembles the Soviet Tu-4 bomber.

During the GLA campaign, an Anthrax bomber was seen in missions across Kazakhstan and Turkey. This happened during the Battle of Baikonur where the American Commander controlled an important facility and a Chinese Commander establishing his base near the Soyuz launch facility. Both of them were destroyed by GLA forces during the battle. Before the Baikonur Cosmodrome, the Anthrax Bomb had only been used during Splinter Cell.
